OBS! Cobra de Calibre skulle sende sine pre-orders 15. desember (2014). De har fortsatt pre-ordermulighet, og ingen oppdateringer siden 9. november. Hvilket får meg til å stusse, siden jeg tidligere var (og fortsatt er litt) interessert i en av klokkene deres. Samtidig har de følgende fiffige formuleringer til oss som vurderer/vurderte å legge inn en bestilling (mine uthevinger):
"We offer great discounts on pre-orders and many of our customers took advantage of pre-orders. It helps us make all the new designs possible and offer great value watches. All pre-order payments are spent directly on manufacturing your watches right away, hence all pre-orders placed via our website will be considered confirmed and non-refundable after 3 days.
All watches purchased from us come with a 12 monthy manufacturers warranty. This warranty covers material production defects concerning the watch, strap and movement. It does not cover damage caused through misuse or physical force/accidental impact, damage resulting from normal wear and tear, unauthorized repair or modification work, water infiltration due to failure to secure screw-down crowns or submergence at depths exceeding the rated water-resistance.
We are not responsible for goods that are either damaged in transit or not received. In the event of damaged or lost goods we will work with you to resolve the issue with the carrier directly. Replacement of damaged or lost items is made at our discretion.
Please note that we do not accept returns or refunds on our products, rather if you receive a faulty watch, we will replace your watch for you. We inspect and test our products to highest standards before we ship out."
Hvis selskapet er gått dukken, er det altså liten sjans for å få verken penger eller klokke.
