Service på en gammel OMEGA (autom. Geneve)? Pris?

Hei, har en ganske gammel Omegaklokke på lagret og støvet litt, men tatt vare på.

Det er fra 50-60årene i stål. Går forbausende bra. Skiven er litt slitt og har litt "flekk" Viserne er litt slitte også pga årene... Tror dere den kan bli skinnende fin igjen med en service hos urmakeren???

Jeg er kanskje litt kresen på at ting ikke skal ha stygge merker og riper... :D men aldersmerkene på klokken er ganske stygge synes jeg.
 
Mmm.....nei. Tror nok det ikke er verdt det. Det er nok ikke en Patek :D

Tenkt å sende inn til urmaker, men usikker på hva de kan gjøre. Klokken går bra, men det er "aldermerker" på skiven og visere.

Neida.., grunnen til at jeg spør er at tilgengligheten for reservedeler er begrenset på gamle klokker. Når man da likevel må få det meste oversendt fra Omega, kan man nesten likegodt vurdere å sende klokka direkte til fabrikken hvor de har egen avdeling som er dedikert til nettopp dette.
 
...men for å svare deg litt mer direkte, så fikk jeg tatt en service på en IWC fra 50-tallet her i Oslo. Det kostet litt over kr. 2000. Tipper det koster omtrent det samme for din Omega.

Servicing a watch with a soul and a history!


Before restoration work is started, the customer receives a detailed cost estimate. The restoration work itself involves restoring faulty parts to their original condition and replicating any missing parts.
The cost estimate is given in hours for labour, with the cost of the watch-parts added to this.
Once the restoration work is finished, the watch is returned to the customer with a certificate, signed by the watchmaker, containing the main historical data about the watch together with information on the work carried out. All this, as well as a photograph of the watch, is packed into a special box.
The restoration team is not a profit centre, since its prices are calculated at cost

Jeg har også en 50-talls IWC, lurer derfor på hvilken urmaker som gjorde servicen ?
